The role
YOOBIC is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic, Paris office team. As our Account Manager you’ll be responsible for the development and growth of a dedicated portoflio of accounts within the French market, improving client satisfaction, retention and expansion of YOOBIC solutions across our client base.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the growth of a global portfolio client base, including upselling and cross selling YOOBIC products
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business challenges, evaluate customer growth needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Act as the primary account owner, developing a deep understanding of the clients business and forming strong client relationships
  • Develop relationships with Executive level contacts within client organisations
  • Operate as the customer’s trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Drive account growth, ensure renewal and deliver satisfaction to customers
  • Follow best practices in sales processes/procedures
  • Cooperate with internal departments to ensure client is successful, including Marketing, Customer Success Management, Sales etc

Profil du candidat

What you’ll bring to the team

  • At least 5 years of experience in software industry
  • Proven track record selling SaaS Solutions to Enterprise level customers
  • Ability to operate and network at C-Level within large organisations
  • Strong communication and creative problem solving skills
  • Previous customer facing experience is essential
  • A self-motivated, highly detail oriented individual who is able to take action on their own initiative as well as work in a high functioning team
  • Creativity, Integrity
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
  • English fluency – any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
