Attached to the customer management, the pole manager proposes, pilots and leads quality of service projects in all areas of customer relations, in conjunction with the functional and operational departments. He or she: - Contributes to the quality policy of the ICF Habitat group. Ensure its implementation with a constant concern for improving practices, results and customer satisfaction - Participates in the development and deployment of action plans geared towards quality of service management, monitors their implementation and measures the results - Analyses the organisation's performance in terms of quality of service, monitors strategic indicators and compliance with standards to identify areas for improvement - Collects and analyses customer expectations, in close collaboration with regional departments, in order to best respond to them through corrective actions or adapted processes - Is the company's point of reference on these issues and leads the quality approach to ensure that the procedures are properly understood by the operational teams and quality point of reference of the organisation and the ICF Habitat group (communication, awareness-raising, training, methodological assistance, identification of areas for improvement, proposal of actions) - Manages the current Quali'Hlm® labelling process (end of labelling, challenge of re-examining the renewal of the Label) - Proposes, support, manage and lead QS projects in all areas of customer relations in conjunction with functional and operational departments. Higher education in quality management supplemented by at least 3 years of experience in piloting and managing quality of service, enabling mastery of quality methods and tools and the management of cross-functional projects. Knowledge of rental and heritage regulations Good command of Excel and qualitative data analysis tools Innovation capabilities Strength of conviction supporting a good capacity to formalize issues Ease of writing and oral communication Rigor and spirit of synthesis Organizational, methodical and rigorous qualities
