We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Technical Program Manager to oversee the quality of data on our connected vehicle platform. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Data Analyst and is looking to transition into a technical product program management role. This role requires a strong focus on managing and ensuring the quality of real-time data signals and streaming data, coupled with excellent analytical skills and the ability to evangelize best practices across the organization. Responsibilities: Data Quality Management: Ensure the relevance, accuracy, and consistency of data signals from connected vehicles. Real-Time Data and Streaming: Understand and address real-time data challenges, including streaming data, and work with technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and Kinesis to ensure optimal data flow and processing. Analytical Excellence: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data quality improvements. Make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and product outcomes. Evangelization: Advocate for data quality best practices within the organization, ensuring that all teams understand the importance of accurate and reliable data. Lead workshops, training sessions, and provide continuous support to promote a data-driven culture. Documentation Maintenance: Create, maintain, and improve technical and functional documentation for data flows, ensuring a clear and shared understanding across all teams. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, data science, and product management teams to ensure data requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented. Analysis and Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving data definition and processing processes based on thorough analyses. Technology Watch: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in data management, particularly in real-time and streaming data, and apply them to continuously improve our platform. Product Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related questions, providing ongoing support to development and product teams.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong desire to transition into product management. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data management systems, real-time data processing, and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Kinesis), as well as SQL databases, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Grafana, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., like Python, PySpark). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and improvements. Evangelization Skills: Ability to inspire and train others, fostering a culture of data quality and continuous improvement across the organization. Product Management Skills: Experience or strong desire to develop product management skills, with a particular focus on data quality and documentation. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and act as a bridge between different functions within the company. Languages: Proficiency in both English, French is a plus. Client Engagement: Proven ability to autonomously engage with clients, understand their needs, and ensure alignment between client expectations and data solutions. Agile Project Management: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and/or Kanban. Experience in writing user stories and leading Agile ceremonies.
