TestMaximeVIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search, leader in the recruitment of executives and managers in France and internationally, is recruiting for a client an additional Area Sales Manager - West Coast USA. Our client is a reputable and successful group, specialising in the design and manufacture of test equipment for aeronautical systems and components, such as pitot-static adapters.The Aviation Division, is strengthening its sales team by recruiting a :West Coast USA - SALES MANAGER AVIATIONPermanent contract - Location : Subsidiary Office or Home Office depending on the profil (West Coast USA or Chicago based Sales Manager)The Sales Manager will be responsible for attracting new customers as well as maintaining the current customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their requirement. This should result in a pro-active business development approach allowing you to optimize sales in your territory.Main responsibilitiesAs the Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast USA, your key responsibilities will include spearheading sales development efforts in the region, fostering enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs, and effectively managing sales projects from lead generation to on-site delivery.You will maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement, conduct equipment demonstrations, and actively participate in exhibitions and marketing events to promote our products. 30% minimum of your time Business Trips and 50% on a regular basis.Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for new equipment development, prepare business cases to support proposals, and ensure operational viability while reporting to the Subsidiary Manager and Director of Sales at our headquarters in the USA.Your role will also involve maintaining sales databases, producing visit reports, and offering support on specific ad-hoc projects such as tenders. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for preparing sales budgets and actively participating in sales meetings to contribute to strategic planning and execution. Your primary customer profile will include Original Equipment Manufacturers, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul facilities, Airlines, and Operators.Qualifications - RequirementsWe're in search of a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in the aviation sector, ideally with technical proficiency in test equipment, particularly in avionics and electrical systems. Fluent English is a must, and proficiency in Spanish would be advantageous. The role entails both domestic and international travel and requires advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
