CRIT ANGOULEME recherche pour son client, basé à Angoulême un chargé d'affaires CVC (H/F).

Vos missions :

- Lancement du chantier
- Maîtrise et gestion du chantier
- Planification des travaux
- Maîtrise des coûts de fonctionnement
- Maîtrise du logiciel Autocad
- Utilisation du logiciel de calcul de prix de l'entreprise

Travail sur 4 jours du lundi au jeudi : 35h


Profil du candidat

De formation Bac + 2 minimum BTS bâtiment, ou DUT Génie Civil, vous aimez le terrain et le mouvement.
Vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que chargé d'affaires.
Vous avez des qualités relationnelles et veillez au respect des délais, de la qualité et de la sécurité sur les chantiers.
