Renown for your expertise in pedagogical and training engineering, the Training coordinator ensures the good planning, implementation and reporting of the academic training of the Naval Academy, in accordance with the training objectives defined by the training manager. You will : · Be the educational interface between the client, DCI, the partner university and other various partners; · Participates in the elaboration and validation of the syllabus in coordination with the partner university ; · Ensures the good planning and implementation of the training program, in accordance with the validated syllabus ; · Elaborates the yearly, semesterly and weekly timetables of the academic training ; · Plans and checks the interventions of the teachers and instructors; · Validates the course contents elaborated by the teachers and instructors; · Checks the attendance and good behaviour of students during the courses; · Elaborates the internal & external, individual & collective educational reporting; · Participates in the redaction of educational documents and courses; · Ensures the follow-up of individual training notebooks; · Compiles and controls the evaluation tests; · Organizes and prepares the periodical educational meeting review; · Systematically reports to the Training manager of any dysfunction; · Guarantees the application of the company's quality and educational processes.
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in pedagogy and training engineering. You have at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years in the education or training engineering field. You are native or bilingual in English and able to adapt to non-native speakers. Knowledge of Arabic would be highly appreciated. You have a training engineering expertise, good pedagogical skills, good timetable management skills and reporting ability. You want to join a dynamic and challenging environment. To succeed in this position you will be adaptable, diplomatic, organized, reactive and team-oriented. You are mastering computer tools. Driving license is required.
