Your main mission will be to (without being restricted to): - Lead the consolidation of financial data needed to provide an overview on the budget, forecast and mid term plan (MTP) - Support BU Management Committee on financial topics. Provide scenario and simulations to support in decision making for budget and MTP - Define, propose and implement financial organization and operations in order to optimize costs and improve financial processes. - Design, enhance and implement procedures, processes, tools for Finance, accounting, internal control within the BU. - Communicate relevant financial indicators to the BU and to Group Finance Team - Lead Finance team located both in France an in the Netherlands, and be a mentor to develop key financial counterparts within the organization - Accountable overall to perform all financial activities according to the established Limagrain guidelines (IFRS Gaap). - Be a business partner to support and challenge business decisions

You have a Master's or Business School degree in Finance and accounting with a solid experience as Financial Manager of a subisidiary, company or business area. Experiences in an industrial environment and in post-acquisition management will be a plus You develop a relevant experience in controlling and good knowledge of financial reporting practices. Experience with ERP system is required as well as any project to structure or implement finance processes / flow. Fluent in English and either in Dutch or French depending of the location.
