The objective is to reinforce the expression and visibility of the brand across Sodexo.com, delivering compelling content to support company’s image and reputation, business growth and talent attractiveness. Main Assisgmnets: Manage and drive the transformation of our Sodexo.com editorial approach, delivering compelling content that brings a refreshed, engaging and business focused approach in our company storytelling. Integrate principals of SEO optimization & web accessibility in content and writing style. In close collaboration with the editorial manager, support the editorial governance, process and planning for Sodexo.com, participating directly in the Global editorial planning process, and coordinating appropriately with key business partners, communications leads and Sodexo.com digital content managers across the company. Support Sodexo countries with their local websites, technical and content related Partner with our Business and Communications leaders to share globally and transversally their major initiatives, business news and innovative services. Partner with Employee brand communication to ensure engaging and relevant content expressing and promoting our employer value proposition. Partner with Corporate Responsibility and Media Relations Communications to ensure appropriate engaging content anchoring corporate responsibility as a business differentiator in our storytelling. As part of the Editorial & Digital Comms team, ensure close collaboration with Social media to optimize traffic and connections across platforms. Ensure the alignment to Brand graphic guidelines on Sodexo.com and keep raising the bar in terms of content quality standards in close coordination with the rest of the team. Be obsessed with measuring our actions to understand our impact and adjust actions based on these insights to increase impact and increase traffic to our websites.

Experienced professional with minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in communication, Perfectly fluent in both French and English, Knowledge on marketing campaigns for Digital, SEO and web accessibility, Comfortable with Sitecore, our Content Management System, Personally flexible and comfortable with change, A proven ability to communicate in straight-forward, non-corporate language that engages audiences through visuals, story-telling and other compelling methods, Keen interest for people and engagement drivers, Multicultural awareness, able to lead transversal projects involving international teams, international experience is a strong plus, Excellent interpersonal, listening and influencing skills, Credible and comfortable in partnering with senior management, Analytical skills, able to synthesize and translate complexity in simple concepts, attentive to details, Business understanding, Good process and project management skills, Able to work with integrity and to maintain confidentiality, Positive, team player and aligned with Sodexo values and philosophy.
