Key member of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team responsible for enhancement and support of the IBM Sterling Order Management Software (OMS) used by multiple e-Commerce clients across Europe and Americas Software enhancement responsibilities: • Business requirements: o Identify business requirements from client documentation and meetings to onboard new clients o Develop high level options for customer to streamline business operations based on OMS capabilities. • Integrations: o Work with integration teams (Geodis/Client/3rd parties) to build new integrations with IBM Sterling OMS • Configurations: o Responsible for configurations in OMS owning full responsibility from internal testing to move to production • Development: o Assist developers in conceptualizing and validating solutions that meet business requirements. • Testing: o Document user cases/test cases based on client requirements o Conduct end-to-end internal testing o Align with client's technical teams for Software support responsibilities: • Releases: Geodis' IBM OMS has a bi-weekly release cycle o Take ownership of own changes in the releases o Conduct testing on changes made by colleagues as per the 4-eye principle o Perform regression testing post-production • Maintain integration documentations with clients and internal Geodis systems • Exception handling: Monitor daily exceptions and align with clients/internal teams to resolve the exceptions • Reports: Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports from the OMS DB • Upgrades: Ensure testing and compatibility of Geodis instance for IBM upgrades • Incident resolution On-call: Available for P1/P2/P3 incidents resolution on call as per rotation • Change documentation: Ensure all changes are documented in Jira and get them approved in the Global Change Board

• Demonstrates accurate, detailed knowledge of IBM OMS software and services and experience with applicable consulting practices, methodologies and tools • Maintains and expands technical and business knowledge through study and on-site delivery experience • Team player with experience in working in Global matrix teams • Good communicator both verbal and written in English. French and German will be a plus. • Full ownership of the assigned work and pro-active escalation in-case of any issues in delivering by the deadline • Ability to work independently and manage workload prioritization in order to deliver high quality work products on time and with minimal directions. • Mentor team members / new hires
