Description du poste :
The Manager of the EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and reporting of EMC tests for vehicles and modules. This position involves close collaboration with both internal and external clients to maintain high-quality standards, efficient pricing models, and customized service offerings. The manager oversees all activities in the EMC group, keeps track of budget and investment topics and ensures the adherence to lab procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage quality assurance processes, pricing structures, customized quotations, and invoicing for EMC tests performed. • Function as the primary point of contact for clients, both internal and external, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. • Create and maintain budget forecast and spending plans. • Track and address product-related EMC issues, ensuring timely resolutions. • Supervise EMC test procedures in collaboration with the technical and quality management teams. • Ensure all work functions and record-keeping comply with approved laboratory procedures and policies. • Identify, document, and manage nonconformance issues through corrective action requests. • Proactively identify potential nonconformance risks and initiate preventive action requests. • Oversee and verify test activities, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. • Approve and sign off on final reports after verifying test data.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) with experience or training in EMC. • Proven experience in an Electrical/EMC Test Facility. • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. • Proficient in using RF Test Equipment and understanding EMC Test Specifications. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools like CANoe. • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Other Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in Project Lifecycle management (PLM) This position is ideal for a driven engineer looking to apply their expertise in EMC validation as well as team leadership and program management
