Amundi Technology is an Amundi entity in charge of the design, development, commercialization and support of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. The 1000 professionals, located between Paris and Dublin, are also in charge of Amundi's IT. Amundi Technology's journey began by crafting solutions for our own success. We designed the ALTO platforms that span a wide spectrum of investment strategies and asset classes. In 2021, Amundi Technology has been created to accelerate the design, development, promotion and commercialization of the ALTO platforms. The ALTO suite is composed of 5 offers: ALTO Investment (portfolio management tool), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (discretionary and advisory portfolio management solution), ALTO ESR (Employee Savings and Retirement Solution), ALTO Sustainability, ALTO Asset Servicing. Alto Wealth and Distribution Department Within Amundi Technology, the Alto Wealth and Distribution team manages R&D, Product Management, Client Implementation and Client support of Alto Wealth, a portfolio management solution covering DPM and Advisory capabilities, targeting Retail and Private Banks as well as family offices. The team comprises of approximatively 50 staff organized in Feature Teams following a SAFe frarmework to deliver Agility at scale). Product Management Team Within the Alto Wealth and Distribution team, the Product Management team consists of approx. 15 Product Managers, Product owners and Business analysts, supporting each feature team. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, the Advisory Product Manager will work closely with other Product Managers, Product owners and business analysts, but also with the Product Strategy team, IT Architects and with the Client Implementation Team. In this context, your main tasks and responsibilities will be: 1. Product Vision and Roadmap Contribute to the definition of the Product vision and 12-month roadmap 2. Product Backlog Manage your product backlog: define and prioritize features in collaboration with other Product Owners, Business analysts Support Implementation teams to maximize adoption of the standard product, or to define product enhancements required to meet client specific requirements Prepare and participate relevant Safe ceremonies (Program Increment Planning, Product Demos, etc.) 3. Product Delivery Accountable for the timely delivery of the capabilities, with the expected quality level Ensure close collaboration with Feature Teams to maximize the value of the product deliveries while adhering to the roadmap 4. Teamwork Close collaboration with Implementation and support teams Manage alignment with the Product Strategy team Support sales and pre-sales prospecting activities Work closely with Technical Architects and Release Train Engineer
