The MANE Group, particularly the Beverages Category, aims to proactively anticipate changes in product segments and develop the necessary flavouring and aromatic solutions to meet customer needs while expanding its market presence. To ensure the ongoing relevance and success of these developments, it is essential to conduct thorough market research and understand the needs of market players, including MANE's current and potential customers. To achieve these objectives, the Marketing Manager Hot Beverages EMEA will have the following responsibilities: •Conduct comprehensive marketing analysis and gain an in-depth understanding of market trends. •Analyse and comprehend the key customers of the MANE Group. •Anticipate market shifts and customer requirements. •Identify the needs of the MANE Group in response to market and customer challenges. •Develop an annual operational roadmap together with the Beverage Category Manager & Coffee centre of excellence Head. •Supports the creation of a tri-annual business plan that addresses the MANE Group's needs and supports the growth and evolution of the customer portfolio. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the co-supervision of the Coffee centre of excellence Head & The beverage category manager EMEA, with a key focus on HOT BEVERAGES (coffee, tea) o Ensures marketing analysis and understanding of markets: Consolidates in market review and trend document(s) by product segment the current market situation in terms of value and volumes, identifying innovation trends, changes, significant events, etc. o Consolidates analysis and understanding of the Mane Group's key customers: Formalizes in a document(s) (Customer Annual Roadmap, Customer Business Plan) all information, needs and perspectives concerning a defined list of target customers, in co-construction with the relevant account managers. Identifies growth levers and opportunities in new markets. o Specifies the Mane Group's needs in response to identified market and customer challenges. o Defines the marketing strategy for the sub-category and implements the tools To empower sales in relation to each market and segment, within the EMEA customer and project teams. o Participates in the elaboration of the medium- and long-term strategy in collaboration with the Category Manager and the R&D Manager. o Acts as a link between the category and subsidiary sales and marketing teams. o Promotes solutions and concepts to subsidiaries and ensures follow-up.
Manages o Marketing projects, as well as their planning and follow-up, in collaboration with technical counterparts in the category, o The smooth running of roadmaps (Category or Customer) and/or business plans. o Develops the marketing tools needed to to empower the sales force, either proactively or reactively. o Maintains an active link with the Strategic Development department's marketing, sensory analysis, and consumer research functions. o Ensures product launches. Participates in the post-launch analysis phase and draws up the necessary recommendations. o Ensures that the Group's communication and brand policies are properly applied and respected. o Ensures compliance with current environmental and quality procedures The candidate must have experience in coffee or sweet food flavorings.
