We are looking for a Parts & Service Assistant for Toyota Business Unit parts & service team. You will cover all West & Central Africa territories where the brand is distributed. The main mission is to develop value chain customer retention in line with SYIP365 strategy. More specifically, you will : Strategic marketing Participate in the development of after-sales action plans with FMs; Follow-up strategic marketing surveys and any on demand survey from FMs; Participation in cross functional programs (CRM, Customer Satisfaction, Business Continuity..); Monitoring and implementing of digital marketing actions for service side. Operational Marketing – Network animation Participate in the animation of the marketing plans of CFAO distributors; Manage the budget for marketing & communication activities for service side; Ensure the coordination and relations with; communication/advertising agencies; Support to Team 54 platform and Information hub / Best practice sharing. KPI Management Monthly monitoring and follow-up of Service KPI in OASIS; Follow-up of KPI Service dashboards for Business review; CRM and SSC dashboards update and follow-up. TTC/CFAO/AMS Coordination Ensure support for Regional Meetings preparation; Participate in the preparation of regular business meetings (TOYOTA BU, AMS weekly meetings..).

Higher National Diploma or Bachelor degree in International Trade with a first experience in marketing. Fluent in English. Good mastery of Excel. Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator. Analytical mindset, teamwork spirit, ability to communicate with all interlocutors.
