With Africa, For Africa Missions - Report directly to the M&A Manager - Support the preparation and execution of M&A transactions and corporate development projects (i.e. industry and company analysis, company valuations, projects modeling, etc.) across all Group’s business units - Be actively involved in the CVC (Health 54) activities from the assessment of potential targets to the execution of the transactions Your experience & technical skills - Top school/university student in the area of Business Administration, Finance or similar - Previous experience e.g. through accomplished internship in an investment bank, private equity or VC fund, or strategic consultancy is advantageous - Excellent numerical and analytical skills - Strong communication skills - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Fluency in English is required (both written and orally)
