In 2021, GEODIS recorded €10,9 billion Revenue. Presentation of the ERP Project: For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation project of its Finance Function called Odyssey Finance. This program embeds the design of a Finance Core Model encompassing performance management framework, finance processes, and tools supported by better shared master data management. In this context, GEODIS is launching an ERP project in order to implement the Core Model process in a robust solution that will be progressively deployed on a worldwide scope of entities over the next few years. Mission & main responsibility: The Junior PMO will be onboarded on the project from the start and in direct report to the PMO of the ERP project, will be contributing to the following activities: - Project Management Activities: o Organization, preparation, participation and follow up to the various governance instances (Steering committees, project committees, …) o Collecting and updating management tools such as minutes of meetings, action logs, … o Collect, consolidate and update the planning of the project based on the inputs of the key stakeholders o Participate and/ or organize specific project processes and meetings as and when needed (design authority, budget review, …) o Formalizing the project documentation - Risk management: o Contribute to the animation of risk management activities: documentation & update o Actively follow up mitigation action plans in collaboration with action owners o Actively raise alert as & when needed - Team Player: o Contributing to the onboarding / offboarding process of new joiners on the project o Contributing to the animation of the team (organization of events, seminars, … as & when needed) Over the duration of the apprenticeship (minimum 12 months – 24 months preferred), this list of missions will evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization of the project phase.

You are preparing a master's degree from a Business School, Institut d'Etudes Politiques, engineering school or equivalent: - You are open minded - You are agile and able to adapt to a variety of interlocutors with different professional or cultural backgrounds - You can analyze a situation or a problem and - You are fluent in both French and English? - You thrive in a collaborative environment and consider yourself as a team player? - You have redactional skills and are able to convey complex messages in simple words? - You are proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word)? Any prior experience in similar position would be appreciated but is not mandatory to apply to this position!
