We are obsessed with customer service and with delivering a great & unique customer experience. Before, during or after stay, customer service through social media (we are convinced!) is a key element of the customer satisfaction, journey and experience! Your direct Manager will be the Social Room Manager. You will be the frontline expert engaging and responding to guests in real-time on our brands’ core social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and ratings & reviews platforms. 1. Moderation and engagement on social media Monitor and respond to inbound comments and conversations in German, for example direct messages on Facebook & Twitter, hashtag conversations relevant to our brands, Instagram direct messages, comments & tags. You will interact to create customer care engagement, encourage loyalty and foster positive conversation. Manage guest questions, concerns, complaints and issues. Crisis Management: collaborate with appropriate internal teams for immediate guidance, action and resolution Maximize revenue by identifying sales opportunities when applicable. Identify and provide insight for trends, product questions, opportunities, and escalation issues to appropriate teams May assist in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures and systems to improve customer service by providing necessary reports and information to management. 2.
