To do so, you will act on the following main axes: Attractivity and engagement: o   To propose, lead and implement an efficient onboarding process. o   To monitor employees’ engagement through relevant tools and KPI. o   To contribute to the BU employer brand promotion. Talents’ development: o   To propose, lead and implement Vilmorin-Mikado development programs. o   To lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database. o   To lead on the development of a comprehensive e-learning solution. o   To coordinate and/or build BU-wide learning programs. Comp&Ben: to be responsible for the BU job evaluation system and salary benchmarks and contribute to the BU salary policy. HRIS: Co-responsible with France administration manager for the BU HRIS. You will manage the HR project manager and any internal or external resources required by the projects. Also, you will work in close collaboration with HR team and all BU head of department and managers.

Masters degree in HR management/development, psychology or learning sciences. 5 years’ experience in HR, in a position involving HR development (recruitment, training, learning and development…). Ability to identify, promote and implement HR processes improvement. Ability to manage a small team. Ability to manage complex international projects. Pragmatic and solution oriented. Knowledge of any HRIS is a plus, especially talentsoft. Knowledge of Mercer grading system is a plus. Fluent English and French or Japanese. Any other language is a plus. Can be based on main VMK locations.
