Your main mission will be to support the deployment of our ERP system (JDE) and to ensure its adaptation within the specific needs of each subsidiary. In addition, you will work on various other projects to improve our tools and processes. You will oversee and manage the entire scope of your projects, starting from needs analysis to operational production: - Define and conduct validation tests. - Propose implementation plans and lead user training sessions. - Prepare and maintain documentation for users and support teams in the use of the IT tools. - Participate in the optimization of our tools and their implementation. - Monitor the evolution of the IT tools. - Follow closely the evolution of regulations in all our subsidiaries and propose necessary adaptations With this position, you keep one foot in the routine operational field while exploring new things within project mode of this role. Occasionally, you have opportunities to travel within France and abroad.
A degree in finance, accounting, or related field, and significant experience in accounting. A strong interest in IT and/or experience in the deployment of an ERP. Solid experience and knowledge in accounting. Experience with various IT tools and systems. A desire to improve data structures and processes and to work on new tools and processes. A desire and ability to quickly to learn new methods and approaches combined with a curious nature. Strong interpersonal skills. Fluency or developing strong skills in English. Ready to work in a multicultural environment.
