Description du poste :
Get familiar with the International Assignment Policy, put in place in 2022 To do so, help establish assignment packages for Long-term (home and host based) and Loal+ assignees. This comprises the full process: Understand cost estimations and package calculations, Get familiar with international assignment agreement letters and transfer agreements, Initiate, in coordination with the international mobility coordinators in the regions and/or host country HRs, immigration and relocation processes, as much as language and international trainings, Ensure assignees have the adequate social coverage while abroad, Up-date assignee dashboards and provide reportings at demand. Assist the central team during the configuration, testing and implementation of the chosen SaaS solution Translate the processes underlying the tasks under point 1), with the help of the team and the software vendor’s team, into IT requirements allowing to: Establish the implementation guide Configurate Sodexo’s specific policies within the provider’s out-of-the box model: - assignment types; - allowance calculations, - reportings, - cost estimations and compensation worksheets, - tax equalization, - work-flows, - automated contract generation, - employee check-ins, - vendor initiation. Coordinate, with the international mobility coordinators in the regions, the data migration, Actively participate into the testing of the tool, After training by the solution provider, train the trainers, Support change management activities to get user buy-in facilitating the implementation of the tool.

Master’s degree student in Human Resources or Information Technology Appetite for digitization, first HRIS knowledge would be a plus Process oriented Fluent in English and French First international experience and an ability to collaborate in virtual environments Advanced level in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Team spirit, service spirit and spirit of progress Communicates effectively Simplifies complex subjects for practical business use Possesses excellent attention to details Handles sensitive information with discretion
