The missions you will working on are mainly : - To hunt and conquer new profitable business opportunities within EMEA (external / internal : crosselling) - To coordinate responses to 4PL / LLP tenders - To manage the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle - To continuously update the CRM - To report weekly/monthly activities to direct report - To work very closely with the EMEA BD Director and EMEA Dept ( Ops ; finance; Procurement...) We are looking for someone who understands the supply chain processes and has an amazing ability to understand customer desires in order to formulate a supply chain solution. Strategy: - Experience in supply chain outsourcing project sales. Very good knowledge of the supply chain management and WMS TMS systems. Good understanding of financial aspects (P&L). - Understanding and overcoming the obstacles to implementing the supply chain strategies. Project management: - Experience in managing tenders for complex businesses in an international environment International - Experience in understanding and leading multicultural teams Functional Management : - Management of project teams - Managing customer teams - Leadership

Qualifications: • Educated to University level preferably with a background in international business (MBA, Business school with international experience and Logistics/Transportation) • Confirmed experience of 10 to 15 years including at minimum 3 years in a similar position (National Key Account Manager, Regional Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in french and English • Be mobile and open to travel to client locations.
