The main tasks will be as follows: Strategy: - Define priorities in close collaboration with breeding research and direct manager. - Sponsor and drive innovative projects. - Identify and consolidate a network of external collaborators and technology providers. Leadership: - Provide direct leadership to the team. - Ensure that all team members follow all the company standards (health, safety, environmental, ethical compliance, government regulations, etc). Promote innovation and maintain high technical and scientific level of your team. - As a member of the Trait and Technology department, you are expected to develop close relationships with other teams as well as with crop research heads and key external partners in order to steer innovations. - As a member of the Trait and Technology management your will contribute to the management of the Trait and Technology department. Activity management: - Ensure proper organization and process management, maintain a high use rate of previously developed solutions and a strong consistency of the package - Manage the overall budget, coordinate and prioritize the allocation of resources between development projects

PhD in genetics / agronomy with at least 5 years of experience in management of activity and people. Experienced in team management and project management. Curious and driven by innovation you have been in a position to propose and implement a strategic road map for similar topics. You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and are eager to organizing and developing network. Agile, you have experience with matrix organizations. Rigorous and methodological you are result oriented. You master French and English both oral and written.
