Description du poste :
1. To build and update Strategic Account Plans 2. To ensure the development of new profitable businesses and maintain the activity with existing Global Accounts across all geographies 3. To coordinate responses to tenders 4. To contribute to the development of the vertical strategy 5. To lead a “virtual team” across the businesses 6. To monitor accounts receivables 7. To continuously update the CRM 8. To report weekly/monthly activities to direct report 9. To attend monthly team meetings 10. To lead continuous improvement towards global account 11. To work very closely with Operation Global Accounts Managers (OGAMs

Sales driven - Good knowledge of the GA Tier1 / customer market - Good knowledge of GEODIS (supply / network ) Strategy - Understanding and overcoming the obstacles to implementing the supply chain strategies. Project management - Experience in managing tenders for complex businesses in an international environment International - Experience in understanding and leading multicultural teams Functional Management - Management of project teams - Managing customer teams - Leadership Technical Knowledge - Understanding supply chain processes - Ability to understand customer desires to formulate a supply chain solution Personal attributes - Intellectual curiosity / Openness - Leadership - Ability to listen / Empathy - Autonomy - Perseverance - Positive Attitude - Ability to understand complex problems and design projects that can be implemented - Ability to persuade - Solution oriented mindset Languages English fluent + 2nd language (optional) Educational background Educated to University level preferably with a background in International business (MBA, Business school with International experience and Logistics/Transportation) Former Professional experience Confirmed experience of at minimum five years in a similar position (National Key Account Manager, Regional Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Director) including the construction of multi-service and e2e offerings in an international environment
