Sales Representative – Life Sciences A dynamic and exciting position in an innovative, global and ambitious company offering state of the art laboratory instruments for Life Science companies. Summary Working with customers, you will provide unique solutions that enable breakthrough discoveries, solve complex scientific challenges or meet routine testing needs. You will have responsibility to drive revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction within strategic accounts. Position We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in the life science industry to grow sales in the East Coast of the USA. This is an outstanding opportunity to take a business development role in an innovative company providing cutting-edge laboratory equipment. • Business Development: generate new sales leads and opportunities by direct prospection either B2B or B2C sales. Visit technical and scientific symposium and/or connect and build relationships with KOLs from the sector. • Sales promotion: Perform convincing presentation of the products. You are able to provide technical answers necessary to the argumentation of the solution and build quotations and complete the necessary follow up to close the deals. • Technical support: As a specialist, you can demonstrate the product at customer site or support him remotely. You can do the follow-up of the installed machines, demonstrations and do a first level troubleshooting prior to after sales services. • Operational Marketing: You do everything possible to achieve business objectives by participating in certain marketing or commercial events. You participate in the enrichment and development of the operational marketing plan and promotion tools. • Support our distribution network through continuous training and assistance, on site demonstrations, and attendance to exhibitions or customer visits. • Apply sales policy to our customers and distributors, circulate the sales incentives, marketing campaigns and generate CRM report.

You have a thorough understanding of Biology. A key account knowledge within the Life Sciences field. BS in Sciences plus a minimum of 3 years sales experience or 5 years work experience in the Biotech, cell culture, molecular biology is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in English is required, and ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. A valid driver license is required. The ability to visit customers up to 75% of the time and to travel internationally occasionally for promotional events is required.
