Dans le cadre de nos activités pharmaceutiques en Oncologie, la Direction Médicale Oncologie du Groupe Pierre Fabre recrute en CDI un Coordinateur MSL International - Corporate MSL Project Manager pour rejoindre les équipes Global Oncology localisées à Boulogne Billancourt. Within the Oncology Medical Department at Pierre Fabre and directly reporting to the Corporate MSL Manager, the Corporate MSL Project Manager oversees the coordination and is the referent of the MSL activities in the dedicated therapeutic areas. By closely working with the cross-functional teams, he/she will ensure to provide the medical, scientific and job-related contribution to the teams. In close contact with local MSL managers, he/she will ensure excellence in execution of the respective MSL medical territory plans. More precisely: 1)    Cross-Matrix support and scientific coordination in the respective therapeutic areas: -          You are the referent of MSL activity and ensure the coordination and operational excellence of MSL support to Global Medical Direction (GMD), R&D, Late stage, RWE Trials, Patient centricity and Valorisation initiatives (define MSL strategy and action plans, coordinate material creation, coordination with affiliates, set up monitoring tools, monitor and share metrics of activity); -          You ensure the development and optimization of MSL materials adapted to MSLs and HCPs’ needs with a focus on digitalization and multichannel approach; -          Co-organize and animate one Global MSL Seminar; -          Ensure that all the MSL activity are fully aligned with all the Ethics and Compliance Industry standards as defined in the related Pierre Fabre Policies. 2)    Scientific/Soft-skills trainings: -          In close collaboration with GMD and training departments, you co-design and organize high-level scientific trainings throughout the  year (e.g. yearly MSL certification, Meet the Expert sessions, workshops, trainings on new materials, etc); -          You ensure MSL upskilling by organizing training plans on MSL job, soft skills; -          You organise and/or coordinate local initiatives on scientific literature review with affiliate. 3)    MSL operational excellence -          In close contact with MSL managers, you ensure excellence in execution of MSL Territory Plan/Activity, analyse and share MSL activity metrics/reports; -          You foster team spirit and best practices/initiatives sharing between MSL, affiliates and Global teams -          You set up external surveys to assess HCPs expectations/needs evolution, anticipate and consider MSL job evolution to better answer HCPs’ needs; -          You co-define MSL activity monitoring tools optimization and answer to any local solicitation; www.pierre-fabre.com

Advanced degree in life sciences, a prior experience in a field-based position would be a plus. ·         You have an experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research and disease management knowledges, ideally in Oncology. ·         You are fluent in English (French is a plus) and are familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM system (e.g. Veeva, MI, OCE). ·         High ability and propension to work in a matrix/transversal mode with multiple stakeholders, to report key information in synthetic way ·         Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines (project management). ·         Interpersonal skills with ability to create and sustain credible/trustworthy relationships with other departments and affiliates ·         Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to build colleagues’ commitment ·         Clear and impactful way of communicating ·         Great knowledge of Medical Affairs, Healthcare Professionals, Patient care pathway ·         Have high ethical standards and recognized personal integrity and in-depth understanding of the applicable ethics and compliance industry standards
