Summary Working with customers, you will provide unique solutions that enable breakthrough discoveries, solve complex scientific challenges or meet routine testing needs. You will have responsibility to drive revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction within strategic accounts. Position We are seeking a Sales Representative/Business Developer with experience in the life science industry to grow sales in the East Coast of the USA. This is an outstanding opportunity to take a business development role in an innovative company providing cutting-edge laboratory equipment. • Provide our customers presentations and demonstrations of our products and applications; • Manage and develop our customer data base in order to always keep an active and efficient access to the entire market of your territory; • Apply the sales policy and active participation into the yearly marketing and commercial plan; • Communicate our incentives to our customers. Provide feedback from the field through accurate and pertinent reports to your hierarchy and using our CRM; • Follow-up with existing customers, supporting them on the field during end-user visits, take appropriate actions to close deals; • Generate new sales leads and opportunities in new potential market.

Profile You have a thorough understanding of Biology. A key account knowledge within the Life Sciences field. BS in Sciences plus a minimum of 3 years sales experience or 5 years work experience in the Biotech, cell culture, molecular biology is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in English is required, and ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. A valid driver license is required. The ability to visit customers up to 40% of the time and to travel internationally occasionally for promotional events is required.
