You manage Spare Parts Toyota BU Procurement function with subsidiaries, suppliers to ensure most effective, cost effective source of parts. Collarating with ADV and Logistics Team. Your main responsibilities are: * Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of parts supply and optimum value for money. * Set policy and SOP for delivering effective procuring processes for the Parts business. * Develop key relationships with Subsidiaries and suppliers to improve parts business. * Ensure Procurement, Parts FM (Field Operation Managers) & Logistics team colaborate and understand each other functions to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. *Travel to African country *when required* improvement OTD processes and address any issues / challenges which may occur. * Develop supplier KPI, measurement tool evaluate performance of suppliers and put in place counter measure to close GAP (Supply lead time, back order targets, claims handling) * OTD KPI report: development of KPIs procurement function, visualization of these KPI. * Project Managing (new route establishment procurement, new supplier establishments) collaborate with Logistics Team * Order Heijunka: development of strategy / plans to have all countries ordering regularly daily /fixed schedule (collaboration with Subsidiaries and Subsidiaries support team) * Back Order management: ensure team / system is able to provide Subsidiariess with accurate back order delivery dates. Visualize the back orders, aging, accuracy. * Conduct quarterly Subsidiaries CSI (action plan close GAPs identified) * Queries from Subsidiaries / supplier queries are answered within 24hrs (acknowledgement of enquiry - resolution dependant on type of query) * Queries from Subsidiaries / supplier queries are answered within 24hrs (acknowledgement of enquiry - resolution dependant on type of query) * Manage the set up of new suppliers / customers. * Price lists and pricing management * Respond in timely manner to subsidiary queries / requests related to procurement / supply * Daily stock replenishment based on Toyota BU Spare Parts Business Rules * NMP (New Parts Parts Planning) - ensuring parts are ordered and supplied in time for new vehicle launch (co-ordination vehicle team, suppliers, ADV, Logistics and subsidiaries) * Kaizen AFR - Allocation Fill Rates and supply lead times together with ADV, Logistics and subsidiary * Toyota BU Parts conference participation, presentations, training and or preperations (CRU, Kaizen Marathon, Parts Manager Training)

▫ 3-5 Years proven Procurement experience ▫ Intermediate Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Incadea, AZAP applications) ▫ In depth knowledge of Commonly used concepts, procedures, practises and procedure of procurement. ▫ Degree / Diploma - Procurement / Business Administration and or Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Relevant Field (advantage) ▫ Fluency in English and French
