Reporting to the Commercial Director (Türkiye, Algeria, EMEA Export & Africa), your role will be to manage and improve interfaces between HM Clause and its local partners. Also you manage the interface between the Commercial Department and the other functions like Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Communications for the region. The main activities are: • Being the main point of contact for all Sub-Saharan African customers in the Head Office. • Describe market needs; maintain and update a market intelligence database for the area (including market review, seed technology watch, etc.) and anticipate market trends in autonomy. • Develop a regional commercial strategy for the hybrid vegetable seed business in Sub-Saharan Africa including go-to-market approach, Limagrain Vegetable Seeds collaboration, product profiles and creation of your own local team ( by recruitment …) • Follow up the sales and OPEX target completion & propose corrective actions when applicable. • Monthly commercial report to your Commercial Director.

Degree in Agronomy + 5 years’ experience (Sales, Marketing, R&D) with strong sensibility of Business Seed Vision (Seed Industry Experience) Agronomic Background Experience in Africa much appreciated Leadership and Management by influence and ability to work with different cultures Strategic and global vision of product development Work organization and time & priorities management Analysis and synthesis ability English & French is required, and other languages will be good assets Commercial Management tools and methods such as Forecasting,…. Ability to build bridges between different departments Spirit of Innovation Persistent and positive mindset
