Ready to take your professional journey in the fascinating world of flavors to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/f/d) to enrich our dynamic Flavour Team in Vienna. What awaits you: • You will create technical documents and specifications. • You will handle specific customer inquiries, such as questionnaires, regulatory documents, and prepare certificates and statements related to flavors (in both German and English). • You will communicate regulatory information and procedures to colleagues. • You will bring your expertise to collaborations with the Application, Marketing, Sales departments, our headquarters in France, and with our customers to ensure compliance with legal regulations. • You will monitor regulations and new directives in the flavor and food industry to analyze potential impacts on organizational processes. • You have an affinity for gathering data and information from various systems (SharePoint, internal databases, etc.).

What you bring: • Bachelor's degree in food technology, Food Safety, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage. • Knowledge of food law is an asset. • A structured approach to work with a strong focus on detail. • Team player with excellent communication skills and intercultural competence. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, cooperative environment. • High self-motivation, self-organization, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Fluency in German and English.
