Handling the allotted manpower and guide them for effective production. Report the daily outputs Line wise to Packing supervisor or manager. Updating the register or worksheets for each WO like crop, variety, start/End Time, people working online and seed loss in case any. Any deviation in seed quality/packaging materials or machine, please communicate to packing supervisor. Maintain good housekeeping Carrying out the minimum maintenance of HFFS Machines, Inkjet/TTO printers, Label applicators as per scheduled time. Maintain/Recording of OEE data and handover to supervisor. Carrying out daily validation of Weighing balance before start of shift Online Sampling as per procedures and informed to supervisor. Support in Continual improvement /Kaizens/ 5 S projects Follow all SOP and WI as per QMS guidelines
