The Technical Campaign Manager at GEODIS acts as the critical link between the commercial conceptualization/creation of a campaign and the seamless technical implementation of campaigns in the GEODIS Marketing Tech Stack. His/her mission will be to implement marketing campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce at global scale and to support the regional and local GEODIS Marketing members in the setup of their own campaigns. Where applicable, also campaign media buying (for LinkedIn and Search Engines) is part of his/her scope, as well as campaign performance reporting. In Addition, the Technical Campaign Manager is in charge of refining and aligning campaign related business requirements across the GEODIS network and manage the required evolution of campaigning tools and processes to mee those requirements and to become more effective. The Technical Campaign paid media manager will be reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing Tools & Digital Customer Experience. Main tasks : - Implement commercial campaign concepts into the GEODIS Marketing Tech Stack - Support and educate the GEODIS regional and Line-of-Business marketing network with the setup of marketing campaigns - Maintain process and tool documentation and user manuals - Manage campaign reporting alongside defined performance KPIs and challenge/improve KPIs and reporting for better performance tracking - Administrate the GEODIS media buying accounts for LinkedIn, Google/DV360, - Bing and others as required, and coordinate supplier/vendor access - Contribute to campaign performance improvement assessments and steadily propose ideas/initiatives/tools to make campaigns more effective - Gather, refine and align internal customer business needs for improving campaign tools and processes - Prepare and attend/contribute to workshops, and document workshops outcome - Write user stories/use cases to feed marketing tool development backlogs for IT/vendors - Align with the CRM/salesforce.com, IT and website teams for technical deliveries - Perform user acceptance tests for newly delivered features
