The Plant ICT Leader represents ICT on-site. He/she ensures service quality, support, and daily maintenance of the Information Systems used at the sites within their scope. He/she also represents the site to the central ICT team. He/she organizes and support the deployment of the IT Systems at the sites within their scope in alignment with industrial projects. Plant ICT Leader major duties and/or activities are: Serve as a key member within the plant management team, represent ICT function and address ICT related concerns during all plant managing team rituals. Lead the necessary actions in each business area to ensure the proper integration and launch of new IT Systems or their updated versions at the sites within their scope. Analyze and manage ICT incidents daily, ensuring the effective implementation of action plans. Oversee and monitor the deployment of the infrastructure strategy. Manage ICT crisis war rooms and determine the necessary actions for a swift return to normal operations. Take ownership of Disaster Recovery Plans. Anticipate ICT impacts and communicate business unit information following project decisions, master plans, workshops, vehicle launches, etc. Oversee and monitor plant datacenter resources and hosting strategy. Represent the site to the central IT teams, including RUN, BUILD, Network and Infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Be responsible for ensuring ICT operational continuity. Lead and coordinate all ICT teams and suppliers at the site under their responsibility (hierarchically or functionally) Approve or reject project milestones (GO or NOGO) for ICT projects at their sites by verifying prerequisites, assessing associated risks, and avoiding conflicts with major site events. Approve or reject all ICT changes implemented at their sites. Oversee the deployment of IT Systems and Infrastructure projects at each site, defining and validating necessary actions to ensure service continuity and quality. Manage and optimize the ICT assets footprint, ensuring it meets the sites' essential needs.
