For our location in Nigeria we are looking for a Fragrance Key Account Manager to offer Mane's products and services to client in Nigeria in coordination with direct management, marketing, R&D departments, and other internal/external stakeholders SCOPE OF JOB Independence (Finance) ·Forecast accuracy follow up ·Feed regional / EMEA structure and Category managers with all relevant information regarding its market (client, competition, products) ·Report results and analysis to Country manager ·Monitor clients credit limit and payment terms. Innovation ·Feed regional / EMEA structure and Category managers with all relevant information regarding its market (client, competition, products) Customer Centricity •Taking over current customers both local and regional to consolidate work to date and provide substantial growth. •Working closely with a concise group of customers to build real partnership and long-term business to further the strategic drive within Mane EMEA and globally. •Prospection of new business opportunities in line with Strategic Plans, and submit to its Management those being out of plan •To engage in the strategy of the business to help drive opportunities for the future. ·Focus on must win projects ·Actively support Distribution / Agents in the market ·Develop strong relationship with local Key customers ·Providing leadership & partnering with Evaluation, Marketing, Category Management, Regulation as well as all other disciplines including the international sales teams to give the great service our customers expect. Strong project management to harness all company strengths to a positive result. ·Continuing to promulgate the very positive image that Mane enjoys within the industry People ·Align yourself to the performance driven culture through the implementation of performance management and talent management. ·Participate in development planning process. ·Align yourself to the Mane Code of Ethics. ·Align yourself to the Value System. Corporate social responsibility ·Adhere to the Code of Ethics and drive ethical business practices across the group including the management of anti-competitive behavior. ·Participate in Group wellness and CSR activity and utilize group resources in this regard. ·Drive awareness of group energy consumption initiatives. ·Support the SHEQ and OHS landscape across the group.
