LOCATION AND DATE
The position is based in Suresnes (Headquarter) - open to international mobility.
Timing to be define based on organizationnal needs.
MAIN MISSIONS
Reporting to the Global Activity Manager, the Activity Manager Corporate is responsible for the coordination of key activities on 1 or 2 brands including innovations, renovations, product stops, activations and productivity projects.
As such, he/she will, within the Global Activity Management entity to which he/she belongs, for example:
Project Management (80%)
Leading the execution quality process and coordination of the commercialization of product or packaging change projects on 1 or 2 brands.
Close collaboration with markets (coordination with local AM) to ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality launches .
Supervising deliverables, timelines and proposing risk mitigation plans
Ensuring the quality of the demand transmitted by the project team to the planning teams
Guaranteeing the creation of codes and maintaining the quality of basic data
Leading global PAM process
Taking responsibility for Supply Chain work packages in the project development phase
Support in the Portfolio Management process alongside Master Data, Marketing & BUs
Continuous improvement: (20%)
Be proactive and propose improvements of actual Activity Management process
Develop tools & reports, and support team in optimizing launches performance for the corporate or local teams
Engage internal & external stakeholders on continuous improvement project

You have at least 3 years’ experience and you are autonomous and proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions.
You dare to innovate and are willing to develop supply chain project management expertise.
You have strong competence in project management, organization, process orientation and respect for timelines.
You demonstrate agility and are willing and capable to instill discipline to deliver projects on time.
You collaborate to increase efficiency and have excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
You have leadership with the ability to manage and influence decision making.
You drive and accelerate transformation and have the ability to comprehend and articulate tasks effectively.
You have worked in an international environment and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
You have at least 3 years’ experience and you are autonomous and proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions.
