•Quantity, quality and timeliness of seed produced •Adequate and timely reports provided to Deputy NW Manger/ or Production Officer •Accurate and up-to-date reporting of field activity to ensure IP of the product •Careful handling production plots to ensure right quality and quantity. •Disease free seed production with effective implementation of Hygiene • Execution of agreements with the grower for the production order and ensure that HMC and ensure no use of child labor during production activity as per policy though effective field monitoring according to CLAP policy.
