The regional lead's missions has 2 main components: -       Regional management for all QSE pillars, ensure strong focus on quality topics (quality mandatory for all profiles) -       Be an active member on the global QSE management team and extended ExeCom ·         As regional QSE CSR Lead: o    Implement QSE strategy §  Define and update QSE strategy in his region, in line with other global policies and company strategy, considering internal and external context §  Contributes to global QSE policy and strategy §  Implement the strategy in his region by converting it into actions, prioritizing projects from site risk management to any other relevant business process §  Partners with function to support and embed QSE in all relevant domains and to set objectives and action plans §  Ensure that any new project or initiative includes QSE & CSR stakes o    Ensure deployment of means and monitor implementation §  Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures related to QSE to improve performance and skills constantly §  Develop company IMS §  Put in place relevant KPIs and set up appropriate monitoring routines to follow up §  Implement QSE continuous improvement routines and action plans, §  Contribute to change management (risks) §  Support continuous improvement methods across the company §  Engage people at any level (QSE network and stakeholders) to ensure proper execution of actions, partners with function to assign priorities and resources §  Prioritize and manage QSE project portfolio, using gate change methods o    Compliance and adherence to rules §  Organize and coordinate seed regulatory affairs in his region, in line with global regulatory affairs §  Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, as well with internal standards, establishing action plans to communicate and implement these requirements §  Co-Define and ensure completion of the QSE internal and external audit plans, ensure execution of resulting actions §  Ensure application of QSE rules, in particular Health and Safety. Implement check inspection procedures (Diagnosis, gemba walks, audits, …) §  Manage QSE incidents §  Advise and inform all functions on QSE questions o    Communication and QSE culture development §  Promote QSE policy toward all employees and organize awareness actions (events, newsletter, …) §  Develop QSE training and awareness plans for all relevant collaborators §  Issue regular activity reports and performance dashboard, in particular for the regular management reviews §  Be the QSE topics representative toward external authorities and internal official structures (work council…) o    Risk management §  Identify, prevent and manage all QSE risks, initiate and follow actions §  Perform the risk mapping process in his region §  Manage regional crisis o    Team management §  Lead and manage direct and indirect QSE team members regular team reviews, regular 1:1 reviews etc…
