• Develop and implement a comprehensive LEAN strategy for warehousing operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Align LEAN initiatives with organizational objectives and customer expectations. • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of waste within warehousing operations. • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other LEAN tools to achieve measurable improvements. • Lead, manage, and facilitate the Global CL LEAN Community animations and objectives • Provide training and coaching on LEAN principles and tools to regional LEAN leaders. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of LEAN initiatives. • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for further improvement. • Report progress and results to senior leadership, recommending adjustments as needed. • Partner with operations, supply chain, logistics, and other departments to integrate LEAN principles. • Collaborate with external vendors and customers to align processes and improve overall efficiency. • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of LEAN methodologies. • Ensure all LEAN initiatives are implemented in compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. • Promote a safety-first culture through continuous evaluation and improvement of processes.
