Nous recherchons pour notre client basé à Wittelsheim, un opérateur en charge de la préparation des matières premières à destination des services de production.

Vous serez en charge des tâches suivantes :

o Maitriser les recettes (savoir lire comprendre exécuter une recette )
o Préparer les masses (savoir calculer, doser les ingrédients)
o Expérience en métier de bouche (cuisine, boucher, traiteur...)
o Port de charges régulier

Profil du candidat

Titulaire d'un CAP en restauration pou en métier de bouche
OU vous disposez d'une expérience réussie en cuisine ou traiteur, n'hésitez plus à postuler.

Maîtrise des normes HACCP

horaires variables (matin ou journée) - 2j de repos par semaine, travail samedi OU dimanche
