Nous recherchons pour plusieurs de nos clients basés en périphérie de Mulhouse, un BOULANGER (H/F).
( grande distribution ou Usine agro alimentaire )
Vos missions :
Vous participerez au pétrissage, façonnage et à la cuisson des baguettes, des pains spéciaux, conformément aux recettes, procédures et valeurs en place.
-fabrication de masse en respectant le livre de recette de l'entreprise
Vous êtes garant de la qualité des produits et de la propreté de votre poste de travail.
Profil du candidat
Vous êtes titulaire d'un CAP/BEP boulangerie et disposez d'une expérience d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
