Notre client est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) relation client pour son site basé à Saint-Vulbas.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Traitement et suivi des litiges plateformes / agences
- Traitement et suivi des litiges transporteurs
- Suivi et traitement information des incidents

Horaires : 7h-15h / 8h-16h / 9h-17h / 10-18h.
Rémunération : 12.77EUR/h + primes variables + TR 9.05EUR + ICCP 10% + IFM 10%.

Profil du candidat

Nous recherchons quelqu'un ayant des connaissances de l'organisation de la plate-forme et du rôle de ses interlocuteurs.
Vous avez une certaine maîtrise des outils bureautiques tels que le Pack Office, Google Drive...
