Notre agence CRIT La Chapelle St Mesmin recherche pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé en industrie principalement dans le secteur du bois : un chef d'équipe (H/F).
L'entreprise est située à Fleury-Les-Aubrais.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Manager les différents secteurs de production attribués
Aider les équipes : 12 personnes à manager
Intervenir sur les différents secteurs
Organisation de la production
Planification sur tableaux
Assurer un suivi sur les différents transports
Alerter en cas d'incapacité à réaliser ou servir
Faire respecter les règles HSE

Possibilité d'un CDI à la fin de la mission.


Profil du candidat

Le profil recherché doit être en capacité de :

- Proposer,
- Manager,
- Animer,
- Lire des plans,
- Connaître les techniques de montage.

Vous êtes dynamique, motivé(e), et avec de l'expérience dans le management en milieu industriel
