Nous recherchons, pour un de nos client basé sur Loriol, un téléconseiller (H/F/X) qui aura pour mission de gérer la satisfaction des clients après le passage des techniciens télécoms.
Volume d'appel approximatif 200/jour, il vous faudra être capable de gérer ce nombre d'appel journalier. Il vous faut bien prendre en compte la répétitivité des tâches
Poste du lundi au vendredi, 12.5e/h + tickets restau à 10euros.
Pas de travail le samedi
Possibilité de mission longue

Profil du candidat

Idéalement issu d'une expérience en centre d'appel, nous recherchons une personne à l'aise avec la relation et la satisfaction clientèle, vous avez une facilité avec le téléphone.
