Job Overview: • Build & monitor implementation of the worldwide strategy for aftersales products of its category through following steps - Analyze industry, consumers' & competitors' trend (product, sales channels, business model, marketing position & pricing, sourcing) - Conduct assessments of Stellantis situations (performing SWOT analysis based on an efficient collection of data) - Elaborate strategic actions based on benchmark & assesment and secure alignment of category strategy with business objectives (short, mid & long term) - Lead international negotiations, contractualize with worldwide suppliers and collect bonuses - Monitor implementation once approved • Define value proposition GOOD/BETTER/BEST on-boarding our full offer (MOPAR, EUROREPAR/BPROauto, Supplier Range & Circular Economy) Key Responsibilities: Drivers of success • Collect & process external & internal data (purchasing, marketing, sales) & complete detailed analytics (financial, performance) on tires, lubricants (including engine oil) and workshop products (paint, chemicals, tooling, equipment, ...) • Formalize in clear & concrete actions a long-term strategy • Engage company's stakeholders within the strategy & follow up its implementation • Be agile in strategy's implementation Deliverables • Product strategies (definition & implementation, follow up of action plans) • List of preferred/listed suppliers, scouting & assessment), in line with our strategy (private labels, supplier range) • Support to regions regarding 360 range development and implementation (sourcing & procurement, positioning, cataloging, …)" Necessary actions to achieve deliverables • High level data & informations aggregation + analytics in order to deliver business KPIs and build robust strategies • Cross functional network (global/region, catman/purchasing/engineering) / workshop mode
