Full-time permanent contract. Position based in Suresnes.
MAIN MISSIONS /DUTIES
Working in a hybrid environment in Suresnes, you will join Bel Group's Strategic Innovation Team whose mission is to accelerate Innovation Performance
* By designing Innovation Strategy at Group level (White spaces identification, concepts…),
* by fostering Innovation Portfolio approach at Group / Brand / Market levels,
* by delivering Key Strategic Innovation Projects for Bel around the world.

You will have a pivotal role to lead & deliver game-changing Innovations for Brands & Markets
Be the single leader & deliver Key innovations for the Group on time in shelves :
* Be Role Model for the Group regarding complex Project Leadership
* Partner with key Business Unit, understand/integrate their business stakes. Be the go between the Country’s team, Brand Team & the Research Innovation and Development (RID) team

Essential business activities expected from this position:
 You will handle minimum 3 projects depending on their complexity and you will be in charge to integrate Business Challenges of your Key Country partner.
be responsible for: Delivering innovation on time in shelves (Challenging & enriching the initial Project Brief made by B) and Perfectly understanding the BUs main challenges regarding innovations for a perfect execution.
Examples of complexities encountered on this position:
Coordinate and federate many stakeholders without hierarchical links.
Pivot quickly when needed to always remain user-centric & business driven.
Balance short term project imperatives with long-term Brands & Group strategies.

Profil du candidat

* PROFILE

Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
* University degree or equivalent
* Senior experience (> 10years) coming from different possible backgrounds: Business, R&D, Engineering, Industrial, Procurement, Supply chain, Marketing, Sales…
* Project management experience
* Management experience either line or transversal management
* Business skills: Strong business acumen including financials understanding.
* Fluent English

* Ability to work in complex & moving environment (multi-function, multi-cultural, ambiguity etc…)
* Ability to solve problems with solid leadership skills (coach & challenger, tenacious & flexible, energy & listening…).
* Ability to challenge status quo and to drive teams to take brave decisions.

* Strong communication and influencing skills including towards top management.
* Strong mediation skills to align stakeholders on strategic decisions.
